construction updates

You might have seen our co-founder, Andrew, up in the air painting our new facade. It is all hands on deck with getting the visitor center up and running, and we are more than excited to share our progress with you.

Our construction team is making quick work of insulating and putting up dry wall in our visitor center. Before we know it, you will be sitting at our bar enjoying a glass of our bourbon and taking in the unique atmosphere.

introducing spring garden spirits

We’re proud to introduce you to Spring Garden Spirits, the clear spirits brand in the Rhythm River family. While Spring Garden has deep, historic roots in our hometown, we also see it as something new – something special taking root. In addition to Rhythm River, Spring Garden Gin and Spring Garden Vodka will be the first spirits distilled in Henderson, Kentucky in over 100 years. Our clear spirits will be the first to the bottle, while Rhythm River will rest in their barrels until they’re perfectly aged.

Last month, we welcomed the Western Kentucky Bourbon Society in for a cocktail-making class, something we will regularly offer upon opening. The crew made a Peach Old Fashioned and got to experience the fun of being a mixologist!

Rivertown Peach Old Fashioned

Ingredients
Rivertown Peach Old Fashioned
1.5oz Rivertown Bourbon
1oz peach simple syrup
2-4 dashes bitters
peach slice garnish
Peach Simple Syrup
4 cups water
3 cups sugar
4 cups peaches
***Pro Tip: add .25-.5oz water to proof it down***
